Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Fly Screen Door Company at flyscreendoor.co.uk, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Prices and ordering

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Select the correct size and colour, review your UK delivery address and check the total before paying. Payment options shown at checkout may include card payment through Stripe and PayPal. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, wait for stock or issue a refund.

Shipping and delivery

UK delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days. Standard delivery is free from £50 after discounts; below that it is £22. EXPRESS DELIVERY is offered for £22 at any order value. See our shipping policy.

Unless another time is agreed, online orders must be delivered within 30 days. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund.

Cancellations and returns

For most stock goods bought online, UK consumers can cancel within 14 days after delivery. Our shop also accepts eligible stock returns within 30 days of purchase. Custom-sized goods are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation, but this does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. See refunds and returns.

Product suitability

Measure your doorway before choosing a screen. Mesh insect screens are not security products or barriers intended to prevent a child or pet from leaving. Follow the fitting and operating instructions supplied with your product.

Website information

We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate. Please tell us about an error so we can correct it. Third-party websites linked here operate under their own terms. Ask us before reproducing our website content.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, contact theteam@flyscreendoor.co.uk so we can put it right.
